1. Introduction
These Contributor & Partner Program Terms ("Agreement") govern participation in any contributor, journalist, analyst, columnist, guest author, freelance writer, editorial partner, content partner, rewards program, or compensation program operated by KALITS ("KALITS," "we," "our," or "us").
By applying, submitting content, participating in any contributor program, accepting compensation, or publishing content through KALITS, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in any KALITS contributor or partner program.

3. Eligibility
To participate in the KALITS Contributor & Partner Program, you must:

5. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating:

Contributors are solely responsible for:

Contributors are not entitled to employee benefits offered by KALITS.
6. Tax Documentation Requirements
To comply with applicable United States tax laws and reporting requirements, contributors must provide the required tax documentation before receiving compensation.
6.1 Contributors Residing in the United States
Any contributor residing in the United States who receives compensation from KALITS must submit a completed IRS Form W-9.
This requirement applies regardless of:

Individual Contributors
Individual contributors may provide:

7. Editorial Standards
All submitted content must be:

Legally compliant

Non-deceptive
Contributors must disclose any conflicts of interest.
KALITS reserves the right to reject content that fails to meet editorial standards.
8. Fact-Checking Requirements
Contributors are responsible for verifying factual claims before submission.

Credible
KALITS reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any claim made in submitted content.
9. AI Content Policy
Artificial Intelligence tools may be used as research or drafting aids.

AI-generated plagiarism is prohibited.

Fully automated content may be rejected.
KALITS reserves the right to require disclosure of AI-assisted content creation.
10. Plagiarism Policy

Republish copyrighted content.

Use unauthorized translations.

Submit stolen content.

Submit AI-generated content that infringes third-party copyrights.
Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid compensation.
11. Editorial Rights
KALITS retains full editorial control.
KALITS may:

Rewrite sections

Improve formatting

Add internal links

Add affiliate links

without prior approval from contributors.
12. Content Ownership & License
Contributors retain authorship of their original work.
However, by submitting content, contributors grant KALITS a:

14. Compensation

Thresholds may be modified at KALITS' discretion.
18. Fraud Prevention
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Identity fraud

Account abuse

21. Contributor Representations

22. Account Suspension and Termination

23. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any dispute arising from participation in the Contributor & Partner Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
